Weekly check-ins keep you accountable and your plan gets adjusted regularly based on your progress.

Our program is currently designed for clients with access to a full commercial gym, as that gives us the most flexibility to build you the most effective program possible.
If you train at an apartment gym or a smaller private gym, we will ask you to send a quick video of your gym so we can evaluate the equipment available after your coaching call and we'll assess whether we can make it work.

Every client receives personalized nutrition targets including calories, protein, carbs, and fats.
If you want a full custom meal plan built around your food preferences, dietary needs, and goals, we provide that too.

You check in with us every week.
After you submit your check-in, Chase or Lindy personally responds with a recorded video walking through your progress, your numbers, and exactly what to focus on next.

Our 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching programs are priced as follows — six months for $2,000 and twelve months for $3,600.
Couples coaching is also available.
We offer payment plans through Affirm for those who prefer to break up the investment into monthly payments.
All programs are paid in full upfront if not using a payment plan.
Once you submit your application, you'll book your free coaching call right at the end of the form.
